PADI Specialties are a great way to gain more experience on dives that interest you most. Specialty courses focus and go into depth on certain aspects of diving itself and the environment you dive in. As with all our courses we try to be in the water as much as possible. Deep Diver Specialty
Get beyond 30m with the PADI Deep Dive course. Down there it's different, it takes additional training and education to go to these depths. On this course you will learn to safely explore parts of the underwater world that most divers don't have access to.
Digital Underwater Photography Specialty
Get familiar with taking pictures under water, learn about camera settings, picture set up and experience how you can work on your pictures with Photoshop.
Diver Propulsion Vehicle
DPVs offer a thrilling way for scuba divers to see a lot of underwater territory in a short amount of time. They scoot you through the water allowing you to glide over reefs, buzz around a large wreck or weave through a kelp forest. Whether making a shore or boat dive, a DPV is a great way to see more and have fun doing it.
Search & Recovery Specialty
Challenge yourself, create adventure and experience the thrill of search and recovery diving! Search and Recovery will show you first-hand how to find and recover objects safely.
Underwater Navigator Specialty
It's all about knowing where you are and where you are going! When you are underwater, knowing where you are and where you are going comes in handy, especially if you are looking for that hidden wreck you've heard all about. The PADI Underwater Navigator Specialty Course will help you become a pro at finding your way underwater.
Peak Performance Buoyancy Specialty
Float effortlessly, drift over reefs. Be the diver you want to be, with ultimate buoyancy control, able to hover close to the bottom and examine underwater organisms without touching them. Besides getting better coordination underwater we will also have a look at your air consumption and see if we can teach you some techniques to save air and extend your bottom time.
Fish Identification Specialty
Learn more about fish, corals and aquatic life. Learn how to identify and specify all the things you see under water! This program covers the knowledge and techniques for identifying fish common to our local area.
Enriched Air Diver
The PADI Enriched Air Diver course is PADI’s most popular specialty scuba course. Why? Because scuba diving with enriched air nitrox gives you more no decompression time, especially on repetitive scuba dives. If staying down longer and getting back in the water sooner sounds appealing, then don’t hesitate to become an enriched air diver.
Night Diver
Night Diver Dipping below the surface at night under a starlit sky seems mysterious, yet so alluring. Although you’ve been scuba diving at a site many times before, at night you drop into a whole new world and watch it come to life under the glow of your dive light. While people are having their dinner on the beach, the scene changes as day creatures retire and nocturnal organisms emerge.
